Common questions
Know what to expect before you enquire.
Practical answers about support, quotations and how work would be arranged.
Can you help with ERP, invoicing, stock systems or a website?
Yes. We are discussing ERP systems, automated invoicing, stock management, CMS and business website projects as part of our developing services. Each project starts with a requirements discussion and a written quotation covering the agreed features, users, integrations, delivery stages and handover. These projects are priced separately from remote IT support plans; suitability and availability are confirmed first.
How much does IT support cost?
Guide prices start at LKR 5,000 for the first remote support hour. Office Essentials is LKR 15,900 per month for up to 5 computers and 4 shared remote hours; Business Care is LKR 30,200 for up to 10 computers and 8 shared remote hours. Plans are being prepared for launch. Suitability, availability, scope and final price are confirmed in writing before starting. Parts, licences and on-site work are separate.
Do the support plans include computers?
No. Support is scoped around the computers and equipment your business already has. New computers, other equipment and replacement parts are quoted separately when needed.
Can support be provided remotely?
Remote support is the planned delivery model for businesses across Sri Lanka. We will first check whether your issue, equipment and internet connection are suitable. Availability and the support arrangements must be confirmed before work starts.
Can you arrange an on-site visit in my district?
Tell us your town or district when you enquire. Any visit depends on the location, availability and the work required. The quotation, travel charges and timing must be agreed in advance; an island-wide on-site response service is not currently promised.
What affects the quotation?
The number and type of devices, the issue or setup required, support hours, ongoing service limits and any on-site work all affect the quotation. We will agree the scope and price before arranging support.
Are parts and software licences included?
Parts, new equipment, software licences and subscriptions are identified separately from support charges. Any proposed purchase or additional cost must be agreed with you before proceeding.
How is remote access authorised?
Remote access requires your permission. Before a session, we will agree the purpose, access method and who can authorise the work. You should be able to observe and end the session. Never send passwords, one-time codes or confidential business files through the enquiry form.
What happens if a problem needs a specialist?
We will explain the limitation and discuss the next step with you. Specialist work or a referral requires a separate agreement; we do not claim a confirmed specialist network. Specialist cybersecurity, forensic data recovery, industrial or hospital systems and complex server management are outside the proposed general support scope.
A support enquiry does not create a support contract. We first discuss your requirements and agree the scope, price and arrangements.
